What does instant confirmation mean? We work closely with the hotels in our database. Only those with availability for your requested dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual confirmation number, usually within 48 hours.
Do I pay for the entire reservation amount or do I just make a deposit to hold the room? It depends on the room you book. Some of our partners require just a $5.00 room night deposit to hold your room while others require a full payment for the room at the time of your reservation. Please refer to the amount displayed on the confirmation page to see what your credit card will be charged upon making the reservation.

What are additional fees and taxes? Every city has different rates for taxes. Taxes are computed on the hotel reservation amount. What if I have questions about a previous reservation? Please fill out a customer service request by clicking here. Include your previous reservation amount along with your questions. Our customer service personnel will contact you within 24 hours to answer you questions.
What are the internet hot deals? We work closely with many hotels to provide the lowest available rates anywhere on the Internet. In most cases, these rates are significantly lower than other online booking websites. These internet-hot-deals are always displayed first for any city search and are designated with a hot-deals link.
Do hotels have minimum age requirements to book a room? Most require a minimum age of 18 in order to book a room. Some require the guest(s) be 21. You can see requirements for this and other hotel amenities on the property information pages.
