What are the charges for more than two people in the room? Each hotel has a different policy regarding multiple guests per room. Our technology allows us to display the appropriate rate for your room when you select the number of adults that will be staying in the room.
What are the internet hot deals? We work closely with many hotels to provide the lowest available rates anywhere on the Internet. In most cases, these rates are significantly lower than other online booking websites. Do hotels have minimum age requirements to book a room? Most require a minimum age of 18 in order to book a room. Some require the guest(s) be 21. You can see requirements for this and other hotel amenities on the property information pages.
Can I book a room for tonight? Some hotels allow us to book their rooms until 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Only those that follow this policy will show in the results list if your arrival date is today.
How accurate is your amenities information? The information is actually updated a number of times per year. We strive to have the most accurate and complete information available but we have to rely on the personnel at the property to update and change information when appropriate.
Can I make reservations for someone else? You can make a reservation for someone else using our system. Just make sure you include that persons name and information as the guest. You can have a different name and address for the guest and for the person paying with their credit card.
Will I get a free breakfast? Some hotels include a free breakfast with each room night booked. That information can be found on the property information page.
