What does instant confirmation mean? We work closely with the hotels in our database. Only those with availability for your requested dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual confirmation number, usually within 48 hours.
Is there a free shuttle from the airport? Some do provide free shuttle services from the airport. This information can be found on the property information page for the specific property.

Do I pay for the entire reservation amount or do I just make a deposit to hold the room? It depends on the room you book. How accurate is your amenities information? The information is actually updated a number of times per year. We strive to have the most accurate and complete information available but we have to rely on the personnel at the property to update and change information when appropriate.
Can I book a room for tonight? Some hotels allow us to book their rooms until 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Only those that follow this policy will show in the results list if your arrival date is today.
What are additional fees and taxes? Every city has different rates for taxes. Taxes are computed on the hotel reservation amount. In some cases there are additional fees added to your room reservation. These additional fees help Alliance Reservations Network and their affiliate network offer the lowest rates on the Internet.
How do I get driving directions? Click the map link on the property page. This map will give you the main cross streets and address. Click the tab: directions to hotel, enter your address and click submit. You will see a detailed list of how many miles and where to turn.
Do hotels have minimum age requirements to book a room? Most require a minimum age of 18 in order to book a room. Some require the guest(s) be 21. You can see requirements for this and other hotel amenities on the property information pages.
