What does instant confirmation mean? We work closely with the hotels in our database. Only those with availability for your requested dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual confirmation number, usually within 48 hours.
Do I pay for the entire reservation amount or do I just make a deposit to hold the room? It depends on the room you book. Some of our partners require just a $5.00 room night deposit to hold your room while others require a full payment for the room at the time of your reservation. Please refer to the amount displayed on the confirmation page to see what your credit card will be charged upon making the reservation.

How do I get driving directions? Click the map link on the property page. This map will give you the main cross streets and address. Click the tab: directions to hotel, enter your address and click submit. You will see a detailed list of how many miles and where to turn.
How accurate is your amenities information? The information is actually updated a number of times per year. We strive to have the most accurate and complete information available but we have to rely on the personnel at the property to update and change information when appropriate.

What are the charges for more than two people in the room? Each hotel has a different policy regarding multiple guests per room. Our technology allows us to display the appropriate rate for your room when you select the number of adults that will be staying in the room.
