Which credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Do I pay for the entire reservation amount or do I just make a deposit to hold the room? It depends on the room you book. Some of our partners require just a $5.00 room night deposit to hold your room while others require a full payment for the room at the time of your reservation. Please refer to the amount displayed on the confirmation page to see what your credit card will be charged upon making the reservation.
Is there a free shuttle from the airport? Some do provide free shuttle services from the airport. This information can be found on the property information page for the specific property.
How accurate is your amenities information? The information is actually updated a number of times per year. We strive to have the most accurate and complete information available but we have to rely on the personnel at the property to update and change information when appropriate.
What about parking? Free parking is provided at many properties. Check the property information pages for information on parking.
Can I book a room for tonight? Some hotels allow us to book their rooms until 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Only those that follow this policy will show in the results list if your arrival date is today.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed? You will receive a confirmation number immediately upon making your reservation. We then work behind the scenes with the hotel in order to pass the confirmation number to you.
Can I make reservations for someone else? You can make a reservation for someone else using our system. Just make sure you include that person’s name and information as the guest. You can have a different name and address for the guest and for the person paying with their credit card.
What are additional fees and taxes? Every city has different rates for taxes. Taxes are computed on the hotel reservation amount. In some cases there are additional fees added to your room reservation. These additional fees help Alliance Reservations Network and their affiliate network offer the lowest rates on the Internet.
How do I get driving directions? Click the map link on the property page. This map will give you the main cross streets and address. Click the tab: “directions to hotel”, enter your address and click “submit”. You will see a detailed list of how many miles and where to turn.
What are the charges for more than two people in the room? Each hotel has a different policy regarding multiple guests per room. Our technology allows us to display the appropriate rate for your room when you select the number of adults that will be staying in the room.
What does instant confirmation mean? We work closely with the hotels in our database. Only those with availability for your requested dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual confirmation number, usually within 48 hours.
Will I get a free breakfast? Some hotels include a free breakfast with each room night booked. That information can be found on the property information page.
Do you include taxes in the rates? Taxes are already figured into the final rate displayed for payment. Click the rate details link if you would like to see the taxes for each individual day reserved.
What if I have questions about a previous reservation? Please fill out a customer service request by clicking here. Include your previous reservation amount along with your questions. Our customer service personnel will contact you within 24 hours to answer you questions.
How can I be sure my credit card information is secure? We use secure-socket-layer (SSL) encryption, the standard encryption on the Internet. This encryption allows our users to feel confident and secure about supplying their credit card and personal information.
What are the “internet hot deals”? We work closely with many hotels to provide the lowest available rates anywhere on the Internet. In most cases, these rates are significantly lower than other online booking websites. These internet-hot-deals are always displayed first for any city search and are designated with a “hot-deals” link.
