Do I pay for the entire reservation amount or do I just make a deposit to hold the room? It depends on the room you book. Some of our partners require just a $5.00 room night deposit to hold your room while others require a full payment for the room at the time of your reservation. Please refer to the amount displayed on the confirmation page to see what your credit card will be charged upon making the reservation.
What about parking? Free parking is provided at many properties. Check the property information pages for information on parking.

What are the internet hot deals? We work closely with many hotels to provide the lowest available rates anywhere on the Internet. In most cases, these rates are significantly lower than other online booking websites. These internet-hot-deals are always displayed first for any city search and are designated with a hot-deals link.
What does instant confirmation mean? We work closely with the hotels in our database. Only those with availability for your requested dates can be booked through our system. After receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, we issue a confirmation. In addition, we will forward you the actual confirmation number, usually within 48 hours.

Do hotels have minimum age requirements to book a room? Most require a minimum age of 18 in order to book a room. Some require the guest(s) be 21. You can see requirements for this and other hotel amenities on the property information pages.
How do I get driving directions? Click the map link on the property page. This map will give you the main cross streets and address. Click the tab: directions to hotel, enter your address and click submit. You will see a detailed list of how many miles and where to turn.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed? You will receive a confirmation number immediately upon making your reservation. We then work behind the scenes with the hotel in order to pass the confirmation number to you.
Do you include taxes in the rates? Taxes are already figured into the final rate displayed for payment. Click the rate details link if you would like to see the taxes for each individual day reserved.
